                        Docol® 600DP

                        Dual-phase steel for automotive applications

Docol? 600DP dual-phase steel has good formability and weldability and is suitable for car safety components such as seat racks but it will also fit in the front structure of your body in white. With its lean composition this steel is easy to weld but sensitive to heat treatment (> 200 °C). To further reduce the weight of your vehicle you may want to choose a higher strength, for example Docol? 800 DP. Designed to meet EN10131.

We supply many steel grades according to standards like EN, VDA and different OEM standards. If you don't find a specific standard in the table below, please contact your nearest SSAB representative for more detailed information.
